Each one has high compatibility but certain games vary. The 3 emus are: gPSP-J, a Japanese developed version with high compatibility and has the best sound; gPSP Kai, the latest and most up to date emulator; and TempGBA the heavy duty emu that can handle the harder games to emulate like Golden Sun.
